Cyber Security and the Importance of Internet Privacy

The world has turned totally dependent on the greatest cyber invention of all time, the Internet. A massive network that connects the whole world together, which includes more than a billion computing devices. With each invention, with each benefit, with each action comes another, reaction or a withdraw. We got Internet, and with that hacking, and cyber crimes were born. What exactly is Cyber Crime? Why do we need to be so aware of a cyber based crime? Why are we so upset about our information which is just a soft-copy that gets stolen? Indeed, we let the most vital information and data of our lives slip through our hands. Want to know how? Follow through!

Many of the websites of the Internet, makes different Users, make unique ID's to get the best out of the site. When we make a new User Id, we get a profile. We upload our photos, message privately to our closed ones, and upload statuses and photos our day to day life. If a Black hat hacker get to hack an ID of ours, they get the total control over our all the data that we have uploaded to the site. There have been cases, that even lead to death and suicide of the victim. More or Less, to prevent such devastating acts, the Administrators of these websites offer us the preventing issues for such Cyber Crimes. Cyber Security and Internet Privacy. Many Doctors say, the best cure for a disease is to prevent ourselves from being a victim of the disease in the first place. Same statement for our Cyber-lives. This is the purpose of being private and keeping our privacy from the unknown strangers. To keep our selves protected from Hackers and other Cyber Criminals.

Even though we are private enough, people who do know about us may try to hack and get our internet data illegally. That's when Cyber Security gets handy. The basic rule of Hacking says that no one can hack into a person's profile or email unauthorized, without the victim making a mistake knowingly or unknowingly. So, the criminals will try to lure us into some kind of trap they set up. Like a phishing page, a link e-mailed, key loggers etc.. To prevent this, Anti-Viruses, and Anti malware and adware software can be installed. These software need to be up to date for the best results. And further more, studying a bit about hacking and preventive measures is one good armor you can hold. Happy Internet-ing peeps.
